Most people are on ‘auto-pilot’… living unconsciously, being steered and controlled by other sources (media/ propaganda, a boss/ work, authority/ governments) We all know that person that constantly complains about their life, but does nothing to change it. Be proud that you have decided to take action and responsibility for your life!

Don’t Overthink It

One of the essential things to bear in mind when hitting your goals is to think of and visualise having it now, but at the same time staying in the current moment. Don’t drift off into thinking about the future journey. Don’t think about what people might think. Don’t think about the challenges you might face. If you do, you are doomed to failure.

Picture your goal, believe you have it, FEEL IT, smile about it, feel great about it, then DO what needs to be done NOW to get you one step closer to it!
